CHECK OUT: https://www.tworivermushroom.com/ where to buy: Direct online, that big shop Amazon and in some grocers near you. https://dereksarno.com/ Chickpea Noodle Soup — Two River Mushroom Broth Version Serves 2 Ingredients ½ onion, sliced 2 celery stalks, diagonal slices 1 large carrot, bias-cut ½ block extra-firm tofu, sliced into longer cubes 1 (13 oz) can chickpeas with liquid I package Two River Maitake Mushroom Broth 1 - 2 cup water (optional, to cook down and concentrate) 2 cups gluten-free pasta (cook separately) Neutral oil Fresh parsley, chopped Method Heat a little neutral oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrot with a pinch of salt. Sweat 5–6 minutes until softened (not browned). Add mushroom broth. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add tofu and simmer 5–7 minutes so it absorbs flavor. Add chickpeas and simmer 3–4 minutes to heat through while keeping structure. Cook pasta separately until al dente. Drain and set aside. Stir in pasta and fresh parsley. Serve. Chickpea Noodle Soup — Classic Version Serves 2 Ingredients ½ onion, small dice 2 celery stalks, small dice 1 large carrot, small dice 2 garlic cloves, minced ½ block extra-firm tofu, cubed 1 (13 oz) can chickpeas, with liquid 4 cups hot water 4 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon “No Chicken” ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp black pepper (plus more to taste) ½ tsp garlic granulated ½ tsp onion granulated ½ tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp poultry seasonings 1 bay leaf 2 cups gluten-free pasta (cook separately) Neutral oil Finish: Fresh thyme Fresh rosemary Fresh sage Fresh parsley Method Whisk 4 teaspoons bouillon into 4 cups hot water until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust. Set aside. Heat a little neutral oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrot with a pinch of salt. Sweat 5–7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add turmeric, white pepper, black pepper, garlic granulated, onion granulated, and smoked paprika. Toast 30–45 seconds to bloom. Add chickpeas with their liquid. Stir to combine. Pour in prepared broth and add bay leaf. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add tofu and simmer gently 5–7 minutes. Cook pasta separately until al dente. Drain and set aside. Remove bay leaf. Stir in pasta, chopped thyme, rosemary, sage, and parsley. Serve.

Avon and Somerset police acknowledged it is “institutionally racist” in 2023. But since then, only 1 of 166 complaints has led to misconduct proceedings. I told @hyphenonline.com I'd take this up directly with the constabulary. We can't tackle racism without action.
