Cool! Have you tried adding proteasome inhibitor alongside k48-GFP, or DUBs inhibitor along k63-GFP? Do you think it would respectively foster deubiquitynation (for k48-gfp) and degradation (for k63-gfp)? I am wondering here if ub code is a kinetic mechanism, or a fate-dictating signal
