Live Nation is a blatant, rampant, harmful monopoly, a fine and a promise will do little to curb that in the future and nothing to deter others.

One of my fav writers (@sabs.bsky.social) reviewed it a few months ago. I think you both gave it similar vibes, if different calls on actually paying the price of admission?

To atone for the bad joke I am sending you the worldβs best recipe: a cake you can make in 45 minutes from ingredients in cabinet to cake on plate. Use coconut oil to make it gluten/nut/dairy free. Fill cupcake cups 3/4 of the way for cupcakes. Always a winner, been making it for decades.

Why does this feel like a paywalled Rickroll?
Thatβs 3 problems, but yeah.
In retrospect Iβm actually glad a drive failure a day before going on vacation forced me to do a flash migration of my personal email 13 years ago.

I totally agree! Itβs Spoonflower, the repeats are limited to 24β. There are services that will print a pattern that can span a sheet instead of repeating but I only have (indirect) experience w/Spoonflower. And they have a lot of art available.
I donβt have any sheets, but we have other things. Quality is pretty good but recall that itβs printed on demand by what is to my understanding a giant inkjet printer. The pattern is just on one side, but thatβs not going to be any different from any other sheets.
Yes, but not for that
I regret to inform you that you can upload a pattern (any pattern, ideally with a repeat) to Spoonflower and order it as sheets and pillowcases. There is an existing βdazzle camoβ pattern, Iβll let you be the judge of if it meets your exacting standards.

It makes no difference if the war is illegal, he gave orders and they were followed. The orders weeenβt clearly illegal so there isnβt any threat of downstream legal consequences.
There is exactly one consequence available for any of Trumpβs actions & Congress isnβt going to do that. The only restraint on his power is people saying no to him* & he has specifically surrounded himself with people that will never do that.
* he appears to still mind the judiciary for the moment

This is where the question gets interesting to me, and it hinges on how strong an attestation the project is requiring.
What if your LLM gave you some code, but itβs actually regurgitating something covered by someone elseβs copyright?
I should clarify - I think I would lose the derivative work case, but given the information retrieval system behavior I think itβs worth taking a run at it.
Surely it was written for Trump AND Hegseth.

I dunno, I think theyβre Donald Trumpβs id, like in Forbidden Planet.
I think no copyright Is the minImum IP stance. Iβd make a case that anything produced by AI is a derivative work of the training material.
As we continue to see LLMs can essentially retrieve copyrighted works out of the model. To me that starts the case for licensing reqs for copyrighted works.
