my favorite is when I wait 6 months for a specialist appointment for something physical then get asked if I've spoken to my psychiatrist instead of taken seriously, personally (bp2 here but yeah mood stuff really out here getting stigmatized in a special kind of way ty for saying something tbh)

Just coming back here to say thanks I got a small lightweight one and it helps me not twist it in The Bad Directions TM and since it was just a strain from a lift I think it already feels a bit better. I can pick up my phone and it does not hurt!!! lol
