The house votes on impeachment. To be impeached is to be guilty. Senate then votes on consequence of impeachment, or conviction. So he can be found guilty with no penalty, which is what happened twice his first term.

Children don’t, and have never, just walked in and received gender surgery. Before even getting HRT children have to have spoken for several months or years with a psychologist, evaluated by an endocrinologist, and their parents must consent. What you describe is not how it works in the real world.

The overwhelming majority of gender affirming care for youths is HRT. Any gender affirming care, especially for minors, has a litany of checks and balances to make sure they need it as well. Gender affirming care in all forms is vital health care. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

At the most passive, leaving helps kill these platforms. At the most active, we’re better communing elsewhere, killing their advertising, while being more able to actively organize without censorship on alternative platforms.
There are always alternatives. With these platforms kowtowing to Trump/Musk, and showing active censorship efforts, any attempt to change from within is entirely fruitless. Any activism or solidarity on those platforms falls somewhere between useless and actively detrimental by giving them data
Those are synonyms at this point in this country
