Might be an unpopular opinion but I think it’s weird to make a big deal about kids specifically saying the words ‘thank you’ for gifts. I think it’s much more important to see behaviors, or hear any other words, demonstrating thankfulness than to get a ‘thank you’ directed by a parent.
