Oh... Oh if this works out, I would LOVE an excuse to return to one of my favorite games of its era.

Flawless vibes, and yet another reminder that the Frogger PSX OST is full of nothing but bangers.
A list of Special Thanks from the end credits of Esoteric Ebb, specifically calling out Dungeons & Dragons, The Secret of Monkey Island, Planescape: Torment, and Disco Elysium
And that's credits on Esoteric Ebb. Hell of a game. Highly recommended for any fans of Disco Elysium or the kinds of folks who like dissecting the ethical ramifications of fantasy cosmology and worldbuilding. With a list of special thanks like this, it was basically made for me!
Greetings from Corduroy Cove, an idyllic land where everyday people and nature can coexist in harmony. Relax and enjoy the babbling of our natural water features, the sunlight filtering through the trees, and the adorable wildlife scampering through the- Wait, what is that?!
A casserole dish that appears to be mostly filled with brown goo and some browned colby-jack cheese. The plated version was even less attractive, but I promise it tastes great.
Trying to cook something substantial for myself and my roomies at least once a month, and February nearly got away from me. Managed to grab a bunch of stuff to make green-and-mole enchiladas with some preshredded carnitas from the grocery store. A+ Will make again because I overbought ingredients.
Also present (and wonderful) here! @monsterologist.bsky.social
No no, what I'm saying is that straws are portable holes, and should be kept away from Bags of Holding at all costs!
But what if... a straw IS a hole, divorced from context, used to extend other holes in lids or the surface tension of liquids?
I think it works well in Risk of Rain 2, where very rapidly as you deal damage it hands your weapons back to you, letting you feel the acceleration of your power returning. Megabonk took the idea without adjusting their egregiously huge health bars to account for what it'd do to your DPS.
There are a lot of fruits I don't personally like - mangos, most kinds of non-red melons, dragonfruit - but this is the most objectively correct answer. Red Delicious and the few newer apples that are attempting to carry its torch like we don't recognize what they are...
Much like the Gooseworks/TADC article I'm also seeing a few of my follows replying to, there's something weird and toxic about a frustratingly common approach to fandom, where internalized love of a thing becomes ownership and a desire to control and gatekeep that thing, even from its creators.

While I do like the design, I have questions for the original scientists responsible for its creation.
"Yeah, so we're making a living toy that's a sin against life itself. You got that horrifying clown doll prepped?"
As someone who played most of the game with that crest (only later swapping to Architect)... Yeah, that would probably explain why I hated him so much. That, and the fact that him dipping under the stage purged my poison effect.
Turns out I can manifest whatever I want into existence
as long as that thing is Ben Quadinaros.
I wonder what THIS might be?
Honestly, that seems like one of the best traits to have on that show. If you can carry even a quarter of a conversation and have had something remotely strange happen in your life, it'll be a riveting discussion :P
In honour of @indiecade.bsky.social, my game is currently on sale for a mere 65% of it's True Price! Buying it now will therefore give you a better than 50/50 chance of being spared during the Undead Uprising.๐ค

The 'Congratulations' post for having crafted the Guild Wars 2 Legendary, 'The Predator'.
A glamour shot of one of my characters holding the weapon.
Only took a few years, but as an EXTREMELY casual GW2 player, feels good to finally have a Legendary Weapon! Now to... I guess try and make a few more?
"Aaah, at last, I have achieved perfect equilibrium within this enclosure!"

"Aaaand into the red everything goes again."
-- On the flip side, there's nothing wrong with loving a thing because of the potential you see in it, even if you're torn by the frustrations you have with what actually exists. If that frustration - or the obsessive love of an Ex #1 - curdles into constant venting, you've gotta find better outlets
More importantly I feel like BOTH of these are unhealthy extremes, but from the wording just being presented by someone who finds themselves in camp #1 more often. It's healthy to understand even things you love have flaws, but it's no less healthy to still enjoy it, even mostly uncritically --
Re: Last repost
I also think a factor of it sticking even after the initial impact is just how strong the characterization is beneath the (incredible) visuals. Ivy is a sweetheart, Vyper is horrible yet hilarious, Viktor is kind and sympathetic. Like TF2 but more, there's remarkable depth to them.
I do think an overwhelming and unavoidable part of Deadlock's visual success comes from "the people who made Team Fortress 2 finally unlocked Women"
Maybe some part of the Melee Island Clock Tower?
As a survival-crafting fiend, this is safely on the wishlist! Now to figure out who in my crew of five to cut to fit the multiplayer limit... :P
Literally the first thought I had on watching this was 'if I didn't know they toyed around with this years ago, I would think they were catering to Roses specifically!;
