That Radko Gudas is going to get a five game or less suspension for this dangerous, dirty play proves conclusively what a joke the NHL “Department of Player Safety” is.

If Radko Gudkas isn’t suspended for a long time after an incredibly dirty, knee-on-knee hit on Auston Matthews, the NHL will further establish itself as a joke of a league. And, the lack of response by the Maple Leafs was just shocking.
