Hey #langsky!
If you had to estimate, how do you split your language learning time (total = 100%) across these aspects?

Do you also use mnemonics interchangeably in multiple languages you speak, or do you stick to your strongest language?

Thanks for the shared info!
By the way, Clozemaster recently launched a new program (currently only web-based) that supplements the learning from its main app. Itโs called Common Ear and focuses on native audio exercises.
Still in the early phase, though I find it promising.

When learning several languages simultaneously, I always choose at least one, that belongs to a language family that is completely new to me and one (or more) from families where I already speak at least one.

How accurate are the respective levels? Is a B2 text really for B2 students? Iโve seen such sites in German, but they had way easier texts than the level would normally require.

The European version, since I will need it for communication with Portuguese officials.
Itโs not a must, but I want to surprise them with a gesture of good will and whatโs better than suddenly talking in their own language. ๐

Indeed I do. When it comes to reading Portuguese I can understand more than 50%, mostly out of context and thanks to my Spanish, but learning how to actively use the language is a whole new level.

Hey #langsky! Iโm planning to learn Portuguese and aim for B2 in 1 year. Any tips on how to structure my learning? How can I best leverage my B2/C1 Spanish to speed up progress? Also, whatโs the go-to Portuguese proficiency test (like DELE/DELF)? Obrigado! ๐๐๐ต๐น๐ง๐ท
