Is it just me, or does starting a new book give you the same feeling as when you start a new season of a reality show and the entire cast is different? All the characters are different, and it takes 2-3 chapters/episodes to get into it and be comfortable with the characters.
Maybe it's just me.

Yeah I definitely get that. That's one of the major reasons I use OneNote. But some people have good success with Notion and its been around a little while now.
You're right! I tend to slice my apples pretty thin so they aren't super crunchy. I have also pre-cooked the apples, so it's basically an apple jelly before going into the pies.
Experimental baking is so fun... but it can be so expensive 😫
Yeah, the crust is the best part. Lots of crust with a little cinnamon/apple jelly part of the filling... soooo good!
