A couple of male red winged blackbirds compete at the start of spring. One is on the ground and the other is flying toward it

I hope you do! They always make me happy. Hearing them just feels like spring. We have had quite a few lately. The males are all in competition mode. I missed getting a better shot of these two that ended up too close and moving too fast, but i love the signs of spring

Yes. The crane was standing with two geese. When a flock of geese flew by, the two geese on the ground started calling and the crane joined them
