Cooking in the smaller kitchen for tonight’s meal, home made dry rub (this isn’t a euphemism 😂) on a decent sized steak. If this works it will be the future…. More pics to follow and of course Ash is getting impatient

First attempt in the tandoor didn’t turn out to bad. The chicken and lamb tastes amazing, nan bread needs working on.
This can only mean one thing for tonight’s dinner..
I’m going to call this The Dirty Doraldo….. after my late brother in law that loved a super hot curry.
