Amazing how my kids can lose something within days yet our cat at 10 years old still has his favorite toy from when he was a kitten

Who does he think will administer meds, take care of their tube feedings, wound care, assess when in trouble etc? Pay the nurses more and have more of them. They can’t give quality care when they have 20 plus patients that are high need. He has no idea how the actual medical world works.

When you come home and start looking for the cats but they both give you the look like you are crazy and don’t understand you need their cuteness to balance the crazy going on out there.
