Iron-rich beans are one of the crops promoted to farmers by Farm Africa in Karamoja, Uganda.

As well as being tasty and packed with nutritional goodness, they're better for the planet than traditional varieties of beans as they don't need to be cooked for so long, meaning less firewood is used.
