Agree with @tattbear.bsky.social. I was thinking the same a few weeks ago, and since I’ve prioritised stretching again it’s been such a game changer - like my mood has improved so much and I’m out of the “funk”. Hard to get into it at first, but my looooord I’m so happy I’m back in the routine!
