I just found out that Jeff Galloway passed away 2 days ago & that makes me incredibly sad. His Galloway method is what made my 17 half's, plus countless other races remotely close to being possible as someone who is not a natural runner... I hope he knew how many people he got into the sport. 😔💙🫶🏼
