Jimmy Buffett almost seems prescient in his quote from the song “Only Time Will Tell” when he says, “Are we destined to be ruled by a bunch of old white men, who compare our world to football and are programmed to defend…” 🤦🏼
If you haven’t watched this on Netflix, you absolutely must. Glad to see bases renamed for people who truly made a difference and put up with a significant amount of shit in order to serve their country. Study history!

I just finished reading @melrobbins.bsky.social book. It really reminded me how much I try to control situations and people rather than just letting them be. I definitely need to focus more on “Let Them and Let Me” this year.
