I'm usually not one to share this kinda stuff publically, but huff, I guess it must have been on my mind the past few days.

And just to be super clear: I'm not trying to put anyone on blast, I just wanted to share my thoughts.

And this is all coming from someone who has felt compelled to make one of these guides before!

I believe they can be done in a much more supportive way, as artists we should be making these as a way to share our personal style, and give tips on helping others grow!

There isn't necessarily a right way. More detail,less detail, poof in the wrong places: who cares? The diapers we draw as a community in this day and age are so fantastically poofy and unrealistic to begin with.

I've just been sensing some weird aggression behind those guides.

Genuinely I felt a lot of the tips were useful in their guides. But if they could only present that information as helpful rather than hurtful.

They will often use language like: "do NOT draw it this way" or "I HATE when I see this"

When in reality... it truly doesn't matter how diapers are drawn

I have seen quite a few abdl artists create visual "guides" on how to draw diapers the last year or so, and something about them has really started to irk me.

They have been increasingly using this tone insisting there is a RIGHT way and a WRONG way, which is just not okay IMO.
