Genetic analyses further confirmed that SULTR1;2 acts downstream of BZR1 in the BR-mediated sulfur deficiency response.
Thanks to all co-authors for their contributions and support. And special thanks to my supervisor, Prof. Cun Wang, for his guidance and encouragement! π(3/3)

We found that BR signaling enhances SULTR1;2 expression via BZR1, a core BR transcription factor. Using AlphaFold3 prediction, LUC assays, EMSA, ChIP, and published ChIP-seq data, we demonstrated the binding of BZR1 to the SULTR1;2 promoter in vitro and in vivo (2/3).

Honored to share our article in CHM!
We found KA120-MAC3 conducts a non-canonical way to regulate the plant immune. Thanks for the opportunity which Prof. Gu and Dr. Jia gave. I finished RNA-Seq and proteome analysis.

Hi, guys! Hereβs my first post. Iβll share lifeβs moment with you.
Iβm a phD student majoring plant molecular genetics and studying the mechanism of nutrient uptake and transport in plant in NWAFU. Molecular & cellular experiments are the melody and bioinformatic is the decoration tone.
Thatβs it.
