Sounds to me like your spidey senses are tingling - perhaps that’s because your girl is *too* trusting still - maybe that’s your answer? My two are very different people - my youngest much more ‘street wise’ vs my eldest, who is far more naive 🤷‍♀️

Yep - but real relationships (especially as teenagers) will struggle to thrive on social. I have an open house for my kids friends - lots of real world interaction, real world hobbies etc. snap etc suck! But it does depend on the kid and how well you think they can handle content

My eldest is 11 but I’m erring on the side of social media black out until 15/16. WhatsApp for known friends only. I’m sure 100% unpopular with my kids but we all know how dark & evil social media can be. Best of luck - so hard navigating!
