What exactly does "independent of Democrats" mean? Does that mean if Trump is impeached, Talarico will vote to acquit so the Republicans he somehow convinces to vote for him won't be mad at him? Does that mean he'll be appeasing white voters who just want to "come together and get along?"

Now ask yourself, why is Talarico being touted as somebody who will be "independent of Democrats?"

Because if Talarico is running to serve Independents and MAGA, he has no business being the DEMOCRATIC Senator from Texas.
