The noindex tag, is supposed to mean that the sitemap file itself should not be included in search results.

I'm almost on the opposite side of the planet, and my traceroute to your site shows 43ms to CloudFlare Singapore, and then another 3ms to CloudFlare Phoenix - that would require that the send data with more than 16 times the speed of light.
You cannot trust the location of the CloudFlare servers because of the way they handle routing and caching.
Short answer: Don't worry about it 😉
It looks like you are using GoDaddy managed WordPress and they have decided to use CloudFlare for protecting their servers and CDN - that is usually a good thing.
