I have lost the ability to tell if news organizations are actually this out of touch, this uncaring about fact-checking or context, or if this is an editorial agenda to terrify the people who would benefit most from universal healthcare, the elderly.
Every time I see this man I'm going to remind everyone who will listen that his career started under Obama where he was ICE's head of deportations & innovated a policy of separating children from parents as a migration deterrent. Obama gave him a Presidential Rank Award for Distinguished Executives.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't need to justify your reading preferences and choices to anyone. Audiobooks count as reading. Also, you don't have to finish books you don't enjoy. Don't read to impress, read for yourself. Life's too short, love yourself, ok?
