The only thing that really worked for me is forcing myself to do cardio in the daytime, tiring yourself out and using up as much energy as possible so when you get in bed you're actually tired and ready to sleep.

I know man, the world is fucked. It's crazy that we might need to always have proof/iterations to show that you're not a machine. Feels like dark. Thankfully I tend to keep stuff like that all the time, but we shouldn't have to worry about some random person possibly ruining your career.
Yeah I've worked as a concept artist in the games industry for years now :)
