A reminder to my fellow fats, since vaccine season has begun: you can & SHOULD request a longer needle for your shots. Shorter needles may not reach past your upper fat layers, making them less effective (AND your arm more sore). So talk to your doc when you get your shots!! It can really help.

All this to say that I'm slowly finding myself again. I am thinking more clearly on the things I've personally achieved in my career and moving forward (baby steps) to something. I dunno what it is just yet, but I'm hopeful and will practice being more consistent (cont)

Found some NANA at Barnes and Noble. It's pretty crazy how much manga has grown in the US. I'm showing my age but... I remember when I'm they didn't even have a manga section and it was grouped with comics or young adult sections.

Friends, if you are in NYC please come to this special screening of Hayao Miyazaki's directorial debut FUTURE BOY CONAN. It's always been a dream so have something like this screen at Japan Society to help celebrate this series' place in anime history.
