Most segregation research examines neighborhoods, schools, or workplaces separately. But do individuals' exposure align across domains and persist over the life course? We fill this gap using 27 years of 🇸🇪 data.

🐒🕸️ New preprint! Confused about how to model animal social networks?
ASNA can be confusing—but also full of opportunity. We break down 5 common misunderstandings in animal social network analysis and share solutions from behavioural ecology, anthro, stats, & network science. Hope it helps!

Networks, Migration, Climate, and lots of exciting Statistical Models: Come work with on a potpourri of these topics as a POSTDOC in a joint project between TOULOUSE and ZURICH: it'll be even more exciting than it sounds: tinyurl.com/climatenetmig
I wouldn't bet on either, to be honest. But thank you 😅
I am proud to share that CRAN has just accepted the first RSiena package version submitted by *me* as official package maintainer, succeeding Tom Snijders who did the job for 13 years. cran.r-project.org/web/packages...
To work around Whova app's apparent inability to actually tell you what talks (not sessions!) are coming up next, I've extracted the list of all upcoming @sunbelt2025paris.bsky.social talks sorted by the talk's (not the session's!) start time: krivitsky.net/sunbelt2025/ . Feel free to share around.

Maybe the original maximizes the number of line crossings...
The most proper way of communicating this truth is the simple equation
(20+25)²=2025

Yes, I see what you're getting at, guess I misunderstood the question a bit. "Ordered pairs of vertices" is the math / graph-theory language for the unit of analysis, as jimi writes. I tend to think of multiple such attributes as a vector-valued tie variable.
In the book I'm writing with Tom Snijders, we call them "tie variables", those n×(n-1) directed entities x_{ij} we usually analyse.
