She's absolutely NOT dumb. She thought Jimmy was calling her dumb, then he started mocking her, so it wasn't entirely random. As for Teeny/Sai, as soon as she heard the thing that she missed hearing before, she immediately was like "oh, ok!" and she also explained the trust issues.
