The mrs and I were sadder than she was after she stopped. Ended on a high making a national relay squad. Hope she’ll pick it up again at Uni after the school exam stress ends. Yeah self taxi will be a big change, hope she makes nationals 🤞

I’m not over 50 but get my bloods taken routinely for my Crohns meds and for cholesterol because of my stroke… asked the nurse to add the #prostate check within yesterday’s test, she obliged… and it’s come back as normal. Don’t be afraid to ask fellas
