Hexadecimal values 7FFF, 8000, and 0000 correspond to 10V, 0V, and 5V, respectively.
Finally, the 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC714) is working. In a few weeks, Bruker Topspin will take control of the DAC via FPGA (UART and SPI). And then the phase shifter of the radiation damping control unit.

From bottom, 16-bit data (7F01), chip select, Enable input register of DAC, Enable D/A Latch (DAC), and SPI clock.
The FPGA programming is completed for controlling a voltage-controlled phase shifter via a 16-bit DAC (DAC714) using SPI for a digitalized radiation damping control unit for doing feedback-based Maser/Raser experiments.
