We are excited for Montana Shakespeare in the Parks returning to our neighborhood this Friday, July 11 for a performance of ๐ผ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ช ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ฉ in Fishtail, Montana. The Bozeman Symphony begins the evening at 5:15 PM, as part of their Far Afield program, followed by the theatre performance at 6:30 PM.
Wildflowers are the landscapeโs fireworks. And while Tippet Rise is closed this Friday, July 4, we will be open on Saturday & Sunday for hiking, biking, and van tours of the art center. Book your visit now at tippetrise.org to explore the spark of nature.

In 2024, Yevgeny Sudbinโs family joined him at the art center - each a musician in their own right - and a heartfelt moment occurred in his concert program when Yevgeny invited his daughter Bella to perform his duet arrangement of Tchaikovskyโs โWaltz of the Flowersโ.

"Kreisleriana", Fantasies for Piano, Op. 16 is one of Robert Schumannโs large piano cycles, comprised of eight movements with a narrative feel, which was conveyed through the expressive style of Evren Ozel when he performed the piece in the Olivier Music Barn on 31 August 2024.
Esteemed French pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet performed at Tippet Rise presenting an all-Ravel program celebrating the French composer. Tombeau de Couperin was Maurice Ravelโs homage to the French Baroque composer Franรงois Couperin. All 3 of these musicians are represented in this new concert film.
๐๐ง๐ค๐ซ๐๐ง๐ was in the powder earlier this week but we're glad that spring weather has now returned to Tippet Rise.

Les Barricades Mystรฉrieuses was composed by Franรงois Couperin for the harpsichord in 1717. Two-hundred and seven years later, on August 24, 2024, the unique string quartet Owls performed their own arrangement of this seductive and bubbling piece for the Tippet Rise audience.

On the morning of August 24, 2024, Claire Chase lead an audience procession from ๐๐ฎ๐ก๐๐ข up to the Olivier Music Barn where she then set the scene with "Lila" for Solo Flute by Dai Fujikura. The title Lila means "play" in Sanskrit which accurately describes the playful nature of Chaseโs performance.
