it's a mix of both! i draw digitally w grainy pencil brush + use a lot of dissolve/noise for fill layers, and then its riso printed on a setting called grain touch which essentially dithers everything into further graininess
posted this and then immediately couldnt access this site .... but i will have these prints at mocca (and at some point later this year will reopen my online store for a bit)

finished reading the nausicaä manga recently and unsurprisingly liked it a lot.. 4 color risograph print (cornflower, bright olive green, bright red, hunter green)

oo fun idea! i've used glassine/vellum in the past (for interior packaging / stickers) + i personally like how prints look thru them haha but i was kind of concerned about whether not getting a perfectly clear view might make people more hesitant.. i guess i also won't know until i try lol
ok good to know! that was what i was thinking since i've used glassine for stickers before but wasn't sure if the translucency would be more of an issue with prints
