Personally I am in favour of giving all boys vasectomies at puberty and when they think they are ready to father a chi, interview them about their intentions. Perhaps the interview would be with their doctor or perhaps a local politician might need to also be involved.

Actually I am a retired organic landscape designer and former bee keeper.
We seem to have several interests in common.

They self seed in my SW Ontario garden and this year threatened to overwhelm the eggplant and peppers. I had to rip out masses of them over and over again. Then, of course, they rooted in the compost pile. They are gorgeous, delicious and adventurous! In my yard!
