Today was my 4th day in a row I went to the gym and I’m super proud of myself. I feel the mental benefits of it so much.

text on photo reads: on April 16th 2025, i was diagnosed with POTS, which stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome , along with heart palpitations (which is a symptom of POTS) . it has slowly been affecting everyday life, slowly making it hard to be active. i've gone from someone who RARELY calls out of work, to calling out, or leaving early once or twice a week. so i am discounting my comm prices a bit to help cover some May bills while i am in the middle of recovery/testing to help figure out the best course to better handle symptoms. this is more information within the google doc linked in the post

i hate to do something like this again; but now medical things are getting in the way of every day life. so i am discounting my comms slightly.
