I know you don't need the validation of a stranger on the internet but do what you need to become used to the sadness. The grieving process is intimate, just take care of yourself and drink plenty of fluids.

It's awful. It hurts so much and *so* tiring. We cry and cry but it's still just a fraction of the grief trapped inside. It gets easier to put that grief to the side but it never goes away and wells back up when we think about it too much.

The days keep coming but the world feels wrong.
