The only word there that I have found a use for is aglet, and only because it pops up in crossword puzzles occasionally.
I steered clear of that platform quite some time back and never missed it.
Not only only does health care not make rich people richer, it would seem that selling health insurance does. The entire system seems engineered to produce staggering sums of wealth for a chosen few from the misery inflicted on masses.
