I was living there when I met/was reintroduced to Liz and we’ve been together four years now. She (secretly) lived there for three of those years and it’s where she was for the bulk of the pregnancy.
I’m now in my late 30’s, a homeowner, working on a degree, soon to be father and happier than ever!

I was a mid-twenties DJ when I moved in with my then gf. I got married and divorced while there, was single/dating there, locked down during a pandemic there and met Liz while there.

I haven’t read enough books yet this year, mostly due to the business that comes with moving house and preparing for a baby, along with doing a degree and working 60 hours a week.
Station Eleven was outstanding though and now I’m so excited to get started with Alexander Freed’s The Mask of Fear.

Liz is a little over 34 weeks pregnant and now that we’re in the new house shit is getting real! The ticking clock to get everything sorted and as ready as possible before that little dude arrives is well and truly on.
Ellie is excited about being a big sis (dog) it seems though!

Oooh I think I’m going to be ill soon… I feel fine at the moment, other than being very tired from going non-stop for the last month or so, but the lymph node in my neck is a bit swollen and my tattoos are a bit raised in places, both signs that my body is fighting off an infection.

We bought a new sofa yesterday, neither of us ever had before, just always had hand-me-downs or bought secondhand. Those fuckers are expensive, but the wait time is what’s worse. As long as there’s no delays it should be delivered the week before the kid is due!

Today is being powered by micro-sleeps.

The energy provider at my new house is a company called Ovo and I just want it on public record that they, nor I, have any association with Drake.

There’s a bus stop at the end of my road, I’m getting a bus in the uk, while sober, for the first time in many years!

I love the fact that now if friends for out of town or over seas are coming to visit we can say, “Sure! We can show you around the nice places nearby!” Instead of, “Well you’re welcome to stay with us but there’s not really anything worth seeing here.”

Everyone who signed to Apple TV+ just for Severance, first off what are you doing? There’s a ton of great genre tv on there. But most relevant for right now, watch Mythic Quest! It’s so much fun.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is so much fun. Easily my favourite. Not the best, but my favourite.

I’m moving house on Saturday after being in my place for eleven and a half years. There are a lot of boxes.

Am I back? Maybe. Am I done with social media in general? Just as likely. Will I sporadically post when I think of something funny to say at 4am and there’s no one around to directly interact with. Almost certainly.

Yeah I’d say so, maybe not the the extent of HZ, but the almost household name-ness of him gives him a lot more credit than he deserves and if never seemed eager to dissuade any of it.
