Something I learned while running a startup is that as an owner you will work 100 hours a week, but anyone you hire should be expected to work a much healthier, much more normal amount of hours. Any extra hours they work are great, and should be rewarded, but it should never be the expectation.

The return of Train to @counterstrike2.bsky.social is exactly how I'd like to see every map release go. They create something beautiful that might not be perfect, then make it available to play in competitive, take time to improve it and hopefully at some point upgrade it to Premier. Perfect.
