Definitely not saying you're a liar -- my suspicion is, that was a joint action you signed -- those groups do a lot of joint actions -- and the disclosure that you're agreeing to email from multiple groups is not as prominent as it needs to be.
I do know the groups (and mailing managers) involved, and would be happy to reach out to them for you if you ever get any further mailings. But the "unsubscribe" link should work. And by emailing Action Network, I'm pretty sure they'll put you on their global suppression list.

...where you actually gave permission to a few sponsoring groups to email you? (There are a lot of those out there, I've managed a few of them). The disclosure is usually right under the "Sign this petition" [or whatever] button ... it should be larger IMHO, but, it's there.

Can you back up this claim with evidence? I have dozens of addresses in their system with various nonprofits - none have ever been shared across groups. And Action Network is FAR better on not allowing spam than their main (private-equity-owned) competitor in this space.
