And folks, based on this batch, it's gonna be a ripper of the year.
Every flavor of punk inside: gloomy, jangly, rowdy, noisy and raw
It's only March and already there's been lots of great debut albums (which, admittedly, are mostly new projects from veteran artists)
Station Model Violence is one of them, and if it features the vocalist from Total Control and the sax player from Slug Guts, you KNOW it's gonna be good. My review:

It's so good! Refreshing to hear a band do this so well

agreed! More all over the place than 'Perceive' but I dig the sort of playful nature of some of these tracks
