Oh! Iβm so interested in a recumbent bike!
I wrote my very first novel everywhere: couch, bed, paratransit, train, while getting an insulin resistance test.
What am I even like???
These days, I write on my iPad or in my office. #SpoonieAuthChat
Whatβs the greatest thing Iβve achieved as a disabled person?
Umβ¦
Oh!
Not walloping people with their own yoga mat?
(If you know, you know.) π
Like, I understand itβs only one person, but my brain refuses to believe it!
YAY! Iβm so glad you did!
Not feeling well, so Iβm watching Sinners again. And Iβm just baffled at the first scene with the twins exchanging a cigarette back-and-forth. I think this is why I thought they were actors who were twins as opposed to the incredible Michael B Jordan playing both roles. Itβs absolutely seamless.
THIS IS GONNA BE AMAZING!!!!
Awesome!
Thanks for nominating folks! π
I just joined Hey CafΓ©! Hereβs where you can find me there!

Iβm holding up a copy of Speculative Shorts and smiling. A little sign peeping out of the top of the books asks, βFor your consideration?"
Hey, guess what? My collection, Speculative Shorts: Stories that fell out of my brain, is eligible to be nominated for a Prix Aurora Award in the Best Related Works category! Nominations can be cast until 11:59pm Eastern Time on April 4!
Wanna know how to nominate it? Itβs pretty easy!

It can! I often cozy up to write in the fall, but sometimes spring inspires! I usually take the summer off. #SpoonieAuthChat
I believe in being kind, not βnice.β
Hereβs to all the women out there who ruffle feathers for the betterment of humanity!
Itβs International Womenβs Day. I am fun and friendly while also being feisty and an advocate.
I lost many of my fucks to give along with my estrogen. So, if youβre looking for the βnice disabled golden girl,β move along.

I thought my Aurora Award and Indie Ink Award were signs of recognition and achievement.
I was wrong.
Itβs Ms. Spamsalot announcing that a book I never even wrote can go really far with the right marketing.
THATβS REALLY MAKING IT, BABY!!!
They were nom!
Thank you!
I am always impressed by folks who write in English, and itβs not their first language. I wish I had the ability to write full works in another language. So much admiration here!
I CANNOT HELP BUT BEHOLD YOU
And today I was spam-marketed by someone who wants to promote a book I never wrote! Bye!!!!
Thank you!
I just love lemon. Yay!
Thank you! My fingers werenβt finging so well today, so my rosettes got kinda wonky. But they still tasted good!
A close-up of the lemon cupcake with the yellow and pink rosette
A dozen of the lemon cupcakes on a tray
Baked a dozen lemon cupcakes and thought it would be fun to do the rosettes in yellow and pink, like pink and yellow lemonade! This is all in celebration that my upcoming space opera romcom (with the meet-awkward of the 25th century), Hot Wings and Sauciness, is officially in production.
My books!
Oh wow!!! Congratulations!!!!
And my book is off to the editor humans!
Gonna bake a Made It to Editing Cake.
Me too! Sorry I missed it!!! #WeeknightWriters
