videos will start back up in the new year, ive decided. i have difficulties getting back into the swing of making stuff when lots of things are going on, and with me being at the tail end of my sickness and then going into christmas, time is going to be a little more tight than normal.
The real struggle with having OCs you really love is wanting to share all about them but also wanting to actually properly introduce them thru a story or smthn.
Also I can't draw well so I have no way of showing them to peeps 😭
Sucks that the moment i really start to lock in on mew content, I get really sick and can't really work on anything.
Hopefully, I'll have new videos out soon-ish, but I doubt I'll have anything uploaded this week.

Did some practicing of posing a #SonicTheHedgehog model to try and get the hang of blender and man. This looks good imo. The last one I made really looks almost official.
I've been playing thru the original Sonic games. Man, are these games fun. The level design tends to annoy me, but when you get into the flow and get the music going and stuff, it really just clicks. Thank you, modders, for making Origins a usable thing 🙏

One if the biggest motivators for making videos right now is that it'd give me a reason to really go all out writing concepts for games or shows or movies that will probably never happen lmao. Been thinking a lot about a Mario & Sonic crossover game and I might make a video about it.
Rewatched the Sonic OVA. That shit slaps. Unfortunately, I couldn't turn off my creator brain that sat there watching it going, "What if people remade this today to make it more game accurate."
Now I really want to do that but can't.

Ilmo fought off the Darkness creeping into his mind purely because he knew what he was doing was right. He was protecting his family and his home, and he wasn't out to hurt anyone, purely to protect the innocent from monsters that were crawling out of the Dark. Love that guy.
The reason Ilmo Koskela fights off becoming Taken isn't a physical fight. It's love. He loves his brother, and he would never hurt Jakko. The other cultists fell because they clung to power, or were filled with hate, or feared the unknown too much.
I think it makes the Darkness much more tangible. It's not some existential horror beyond our own comprehension. The Darkness is us. It's what we become when we give into hate and anger and fear. Thr Dark Presence didn't make those people monsters. They already were monsters deep down.
