We had an amazing time at our yearly Christmas Social last night!

These events are such a great part of Freemasonry, where we get to relax and have fun with friends and family, sing carols with a brass band and raise money for charity! 🙏🏻💫

It was indeed! (Bro Daniel Ling, at Festive Board sitting next to Bro Furby down the table from Andy G 👍) It was a great night and enjoyed the board after very much. Will get up to Warminster at some point!

Interestingly for us, King George the Third put Weymouth on the map, with his use of it as a holiday destination, and resulted in some of our early brethren achieving a far reaching status for such a small, rural province!

One of the things that sets #Freemasonry apart from other charitable social organisations is the way we draw on our rich history & traditions.
This is the building our own lodge meets in, being built in 1895! What a fine looking collection of gentleman they were back then!

Each year we run a #Christmas Craft Fayre with 2 rooms packed with local sellers.
Weather was terrible but we had a fantastic turn out. Lots of local business supported & people fuelled with hot drinks, bacon rolls & cake!
Plenty raised for #charity too!

This one was very different!
Glittering Star is a travelling lodge under the Irish Constitution & was absolutely fascinating & hugely enjoyable to observe earlier in the year.
Would recommend a visit!
