That's fair, it really is a commitment to learn anything so if they aren't at least taking the steps I can see the question being tiring.
I think there can be some value to asking but I think people are asking the vast "how to get better" instead of "how to get better at x". Obviously practice is always the answer but as someone who hit brick walls while regularly drawing I can understand how people think seeking help can speed it up.
Sorry for the radio silence, been very busy this month. My cat recently got spayed and just had a lot going on aside from that. I'm thinking I may finally sit down today and get me at least some doodling done though.

Usually external storage for CSP or google cloud for procreate backups. I like being able to look back at my progress.
Against the paneled concrete wall of a massive chamber, a stone sphere hovers as if by magic. The outer surface is polished and patterned with overlapping 5-pointed stars. Light from a simple bulb hanging inside fills the sphere with warm light. At the edge of a circular opening, a little girl in pink dress sits reading with her feet and the blanket beneath her dangling unsupported. The metal frames that structure the concrete wall have thoroughly rusted. Much of the stone is dingy and cracked. Eroding at the top of the chamber, the wall gives way to a view of a sliver of crescent moon in the blue night sky.
