I've been writing up my hiring criteria and maybe the requirements are way too strict.
Some of them have sections talking about uniform policy and social abilities. All just for safety and liability.
I should look into promotion incentives.
I feel like I'm getting stronger, but needing to eat a lot is such a hassle haha.
