In the centre, a male and female model stand, hands loosely raised and heads tilted, with black expressions and spirals in their eyes. Both wear red underwear (woman in bra and panties, man in boxer briefs) which are red and have soft spiral patterns on them. Around each of their heads, submissive mantras appear (around the woman: "look pretty", "head empty", "girls don't think", and "obey the swirls"; around the man: "can't look away", "good boy", drop deeper", and "must wear underwear"), either instilled in the model from other people or from the underwear itself.
