'Memento mori'

Honestly, I think this is the best drawing of mine so far (Tumblr seems to agree btw). Also while I was researching the details for it I learned that in the 17th century, wallpaper was puzzled together from square pre-printed paper tiles combined ad libitum.

A comic strip of two panels in an endless loop, titled 'Circuition of a PhD life form'. In panel 1, a clearly stressed-out character is drawing on an iPad. Caption reads: 'Stressing because I'm not writing my thesis.' In panel 2, the very same character with the same stressed expression is typing frantically on a laptop. Caption reads: 'Stressing because I'm not practicing my art.'

A black-and-white illustration of a young woman in Early Irish clothing, surrounded by ghostly flames. A quote from Yeats's 'The Hosting of the Sidhe' is written into the flames in Gaelic script.
