I remember the M chip lineup coming out, & people were astounded by the performance. I nearly convinced myself to get a Macbook not for MacOS, but for just how fast the M1 was.

I'm very happy to hear Linux is getting easier to install on them. Curious if they performs better on Linux than MacOS.

"Might be too cheap" yeah, it's a setup, this device is gonna be too slow to do anything in like 2 years. You can't even put Linux on it, it's notoriously difficult on Macbooks. Nothing but pure e-waste, and a waste of aluminum too!
