An Abridged History of Safari Showstoppers - Webventures TL;DR: iOS Safari is more than an inconvenience for developers, it's the fundamental reason interoperability has been stymied in...

This continues to be *extremely* relevant:

Whatโ€™s the ramp-up time like?

Just joined yesterday, and so far my Discover feed is all politics and furries ๐Ÿ˜‚

Took a long time to get Mastodon to a point where I enjoy it. Assumed here would be quicker because *waves hands* algos, but guess I just need to follow more people?

And tips for noobs?

I tend to hyper-focus on a topic/hobby/amazing-business-idea, so itโ€™s hard to know how best to introduce myselfโ€ฆ

Should I tell you about the RSS reader Iโ€™m currently building? (rssisawesome.com)

Or should I shout about my modular synthesiser? Or my JS SSG? Too many projects to choose from!

Took me a while to get here, but hi! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Currently in tire-kicking mode, but first impressions are that there are a lot more familiar faces than elsewhere. Weโ€™ll see how it goes
