Prosecutors drop assault case against Del. Caylin Young
Caylin Young, 38, a Democrat from Baltimore, has maintained his innocence.
UPDATE: Prosecutors dropped an assault charge against Del. Caylin Young of Baltimore.
The charge was filed through a court commissioner, and prosecutors said there was "not sufficient admissable evidence" to prove the case.
