There are so many fucked up things with the current administration that it's hard to focus on one but this recent move is basically a death sentence for the planet. I've been involved with more boots on the ground actions over the years than I can count and this really bums me out.
There is no LGB without the T. We rise together and we fall together.
Part of my speech in Parliament for LGBTQ+ History Month:
Support every trans, non-binary or questioning person you know. Speak out for those you don’t. Vote for politicians who want to expand humanity, not shrink it. And for god’s sake, stop buying Harry Potter or the works of those who want to ruin the lives of our loved ones out of their own ignorance.
An important takeaway – the High Court has made clear that the Code of Practice has gotten the law wrong. It will need to be rejected by the Minister.
